The Rheem-Ruud 60-102405-81 2-stage Natural Gas Valve is an essential component that is installed in HVAC systems most especially in furnaces to control the amount of natural gas to be burnt for the most efficient combustion. This valve is constructed with stainless steel material and the input and output fittings of this valve are 1/2”. It can operate in a temperature condition of between -20°C and 50°C. This two-stage natural gas valve regulates the release of the greenhouse fuel to the burner in two stages, to meet the heating requirements in the most accurate way possible. Its delayed opening function ensures that it releases gas gradually thus ensuring that it combusts safely and efficiently. This valve is suitable for hot surfaces and direct spark ignition systems.
