Description
Lennox 28G16 Blower Motor must have component for home and commercial HVAC systems. The system’s blower fan is to be operated by a half-horsepower, single phase electric motor. It runs at 460 volts and spins the fan at 1075 RPM with 3 switchable settings. An internal revolving magnetic field is generated in the motor’s internal windings when they are activated. The motor’s rotor is the spinning portion and this field interacts with the permanent magnets or electromagnets on that to cause it to spin. The Lennox 28G16 replaces a commonly used motor in furnaces, air handlers and rooftop units (RTUs). All running costs of HVAC system is affected by the proper functioning of the blower motor.
