Description
The Lennox 19W88 is a Transformer, which is a relatively small electrical device used in HVAC systems to change 120V of the primary voltage to 24V of the secondary voltage capacity of 40VA. It has to supply low voltage for control circuits, for thermostats, and relays in different heating and cooling systems. Reducing the voltage prevents delicate parts from being damaged by higher voltage levels of electricity whilst guaranteeing a safe supply voltage is availed to them. Its physical construction enhances system integrity and reliability and offers safeguards against electrical shocks.
