Description
The Lennox 17W56 Class 2 transformer is used in many different Lennox HVAC products such as furnaces and air conditioners. It safely transforms the normal household electricity from a primary voltage of 120 volts, 60 hertz to a secondary voltage of 24 volts. This reduced voltage is used to operate low-voltage control circuits in the HVAC system to prevent them from being burnt out due to high voltage. This transformer has a VA of 40 which means its power handling capability. It comes with a foot mount design for easy installation and has quick-connect terminals for easy electrical connections.
