Description
The Johnson Controls VG7243ET is 2-Way, 1/2” Stainless Steel Globe Valve Body used for HVAC applications. Globe valve is a kind of shut-off valve which changes the opening between a spherical disc and a seat. Turning a handle or an actuator stem opens or closes the disc and enables the regulation of the flow rate. This is because the construction is made from stainless steel which is hard wearing and resistant to corrosion making it suitable for the harsh HVAC environment.1.8 Cv flow capacity makes it suitable for moderate flow rate applications in HVAC systems such as chilled water and hot water systems, condensate lines and bypass.
