Description
The Johnson Controls V-3766-1001 is a 2-way, normally open pneumatic flare valve intended for fine control of hot or cold water in small terminal units of HVAC systems. Constructed from brass, this valve has a 1/2” flared fitting for convenient connection. It has a Cv rating of 1.0 to control flow within a specific pressure level of 3 to 6 PSI. In the case of air pressure, the valve is opened to allow water flow. This design makes it possible to be incorporated into pneumatic control systems that are widely used in HVAC systems.
