Description
The universal F/FP 430 pump can be used for various media and is suitable for conveying out of drums, totes, IBCs and tanks. Due to the construction, the pump can be easily and quickly taken apart into its two main components. Distinct feature, only at FLUX: The inner tube is reinforced with a metal core on plastic models (PP and PVDF). This always allows full function of the mechanical seal. This way, leakage and unnecessary wear are prevented for the complete operating temperature range. Furthermore, it provides highest stability and makes immersion lengths of up to 118 in (3000 mm) possible. The versions in stainless steel and hastelloy C are approved for use in hazardous areas. The stainless steel version is also available as FOOD certified version. Drum pump F430PP 40/33 in polypropylene construction with hastelloy-C shaft, commutator motor FEM4070, 500 watt with speed control and no-volt-release, polypropylene hand nozzle, 6 ft. length 3/4 in. PVC hose and hose clamps, compression gland in conductive PP for 2 in. bung opening. Flow rate with hose and hand nozzle approximately 10.5 GPM.
Sample Liquids: Detergent/Soap solution, Glycol, Chlorine bleach (sodium hypochlorite), Ammonia water, and boric acid.
