Brand new. Brake kit for use with plate casters with 8″ diameter wheel. Includes axle bolt with grease zerk, lock nut, on/off push plate, wheel brake lever, and spring washer. Specifically fits Surplus Center item numbers 700111, 700112, 700121, 700120, 700578 and 700579.
