New, Gentech Inc. model 238244 PULL-15R 900LB linear actuator. Power extend and power retract. Rated to pull up to 900 pounds, extend under no load. Shaded pole motor with open construction and external fan. Hall-effect sensor connected to internal gearing allows for use with position-sensing circuits.
