Description
The Belimo EFB120-S is a 120-volt, spring-return actuator designed to control dampers and valves in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. It’s capable of producing a torque of 270 inch-pounds, making it suitable for applications that require moderate force. This electromechanical device operates by receiving an on/off signal, which activates the built-in motor and spins a shaft. The shaft links to the damper or valve, which regulates airflow in the system. The auxiliary switch/relay is an essential component of the EFB120-S. This dual-function component acts as both a switch and a relay, allowing the actuator to provide feedback on its position while controlling other HVAC system components.
