Renewable Outdoors is pleased to offer PrimusWind Powerdigital windcontrol panelfor use with all AIR Wind Turbines(see chartbelow).The panelis easy to install and will result in a professional operator station enhancing thebeautyand valueof the Hybrid systeminstallation.WCP–D includes a full indoor only,black plasticenclosure.Dimensions are:L–6.5inch / W–4.25 inch/ D–2.5 inches.The WCP–Dhelps to reduce installation costs and makes wiring a snap withjust 4 wires to connect.The panel isavailable in5 models specific to the AIR Wind Turbinevoltage and type.
TheWCP–Dcontrolsand monitors the wind turbine. It is equipped withapower On/Offcircuit breaker, digital meter and a Stop/Run switch(for direct control of the turbine).The digital meter (equipped with a 50 amp shunt) provides critical operationalinformation; real time battery voltage, current in amps, power in Watts and accumulatedenergy in W/hours(re–settable).A clearly marked rear terminal block,The WCP terminalblocks, whichwill accept an8 AWGor smallerwire size,providesfor easy interconnect ofthe two turbine wires and two battery power wires.If a larger gauge wire is required, usea few inches of 8 AWG wire to transition totheterminal blocks.Panel is fullyfactorycalibrated and ready for installation.
