The Lennox 24W65 Indoor Distributor with Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) and Drier is an essential accessory for split system air conditioners. It plays the role of a central point through which refrigerant flows in your HVAC system. This small package effectively circulates refrigerant while providing cooling and energy conservation. The TXV, which is the core of the 24W65, is a microprocessor-controlled valve that controls refrigerant flow rate according to the temperature of the evaporator coil. When cool air is being produced the evaporator coil becomes cold.
